Frequently Asked Questions

1) Take a backup of your existing data. This is not essential, but it is recommended. You'll find details on this in the Help under "Backing up and transferring settings"

2) Quit the front end application and stop the corresponding service via the services control panel. This step should prevent the need to reboot your PC after the installation.

3) Download and install the latest trial version of the software. This is an "over the top" install - you do NOT need to uninstall your existing version first. If the installer requests a reboot of your PC to finish the installation, please go ahead with it - failure to do so could lead to unexpected behavior.

4) The new version will automatically pick up your license name and key and self-register.
