A single license entitles you to install our software on one computer. You can however use LogMeister products to monitor as many logs and computers as resources on the host machine permit. Please read the license agreements shipped with each LogMeister product for full details.
You are entitled to a free 30 day trial of our software. If you wish to continue using your software after 30 days you must purchase a license key.
Guarantee & Refunds Policy
All of our software comes with a 90 day, no quibble guarantee. If for any reason you are dissatisfied simply email us within 90 days. We will ask you to confirm that you have removed our software from your computer and will not re-install it. We will then issue a full refund.
Please note that due to charges associated with refunding large orders we ask that if you plan to purchase more than 5 licenses you satisfy yourself that our product meets your requirements prior to placing your order. We will be happy to extend the duration of your free trial if required.
For your security and convenience all credit card payments are processed by FastSpring, a trusted names in online payment processing. Payments are made over a secure connection to protect your information and ensure your privacy. We do NOT have access to your credit card details. FastSpring also accept Purchase Orders and PayPal payments.
Delivery of Software and Registration Codes
Software can be freely downloaded from our download page. To convert your software from a 30 day free trial to a fully licensed version you must purchase a license key. Your license key will be sent to you by email after your purchase.
Lost Registration Codes
It is important that you keep a note of your registration code as you will need it if you reinstall your software. However, if you do lose it please contact us, providing the following information:
- The full name of the person that the software is licensed to.
- The billing name, address and email address that was provided when the purchase was made.
Your registration fee entitles you to free email / help desk support. Please visit our Help Desk for more information.
We also offer priority support for an additional fee.
Purchasing a license key entitles you to free minor version updates of the corresponding product. Additionally, you will be entitled to free major version updates that are released within 90 days of your original purchase. We offer 50% discounts on upgrades to new major versions released after 90 days of your original purchase.
Customers that purchase priority support are entitled to download both minor and major versions of our software free of charge.
